Eligibility Criteria for RITES Limited Recruitment 2024
Candidates must ensure that they fulfill the educational qualification, experience, and relevant experience criteria as mentioned below.
Education Qualification – Assistant Manager (Civil)
- Candidate must have passed a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized Institution or University.
Experience – Candidate should have 5 years experience in supervision/ survey/ quality of major civil Works/ projects to assist quality/ bridge engineer in technical work or supervisory work
Age Limit – Candidates’ upper age limit should be 55 years as per their post as of the date of 1.05.2024
Selection Process for RITES Limited Recruitment 2024
The Company reserves the right to shortlist the number of candidates for selection among the eligible candidates.
(i) The weight distribution of various selection parameters will be as follows Interview – 100%
(ii) (Technical & Professional Skills – 65%; Personality Communication & Skills – 35%) Total – 100%
(iii) Candidates have the option to appear for an interview in Hindi or English.
