Eligibility Criteria for RLDA Recruitment 2023
Eligibility Criteria:
1. JGM (Projects): Candidate must have worked in a similar post in Engineering and 9 years of regular authority or be mentioned as a Group ‘A’ Officer in Indian Railways.
2. JGM (Architect): Candidate must have worked in a similar post in Civil Engineering and 9 years of regular authority or mentioned as a Group ‘A’ Officer in Indian Railways.
3. DGM (Projects): Candidate must have worked in a similar post in Diploma Engineering and 6 years of regular authority or mentioned as Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ Officer in Indian Railways.
4. DGM (Architect): Candidate must have worked in a similar post in Diploma Engineering and 6 years of regular authority or mentioned as Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ Officer in Indian Railways.
Desirable:
(i) Prior experience in financial aspects of land/ estate management for projects
(ii) Experience working in institutions/ fields related to land management.
(iii) Urban Planning for Architects, Urban Design, JGM/ DGM/ Architects.
(iii) Computer knowledge.
Tenure of Deputation: 5 years (3 years + 2 years i.e. 4th and 5th year extendable by VC/RLDA.)
