RPSC Senior Teacher Recruitment 2024 Eligibility
Educational Qualification
For Sanskrit:
- Shastri or equivalent traditional Sanskrit examination with Sanskrit medium.
- Shiksha Shastri/Degree or Diploma in Education recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education.
For Hindi, English & Maths:
- Graduate or equivalent with the subject as Optional Subject.
- Degree or Diploma in Education recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education.
For Science:
- Graduate or equivalent with at least two of the following subjects as Optional Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Bio-Technology, and Bio-Chemistry.
- Degree or Diploma in Education recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education.
For Social Science:
- Graduate or equivalent with at least two of the following subjects as Optional Subjects: History, Geography, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Public Administration, and Philosophy.
- Degree or Diploma in Education recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education.
Age Limit
The age limit should be between 18 to 40 years.

For the Application for RPSC Senior Teacher General and OBC/BC candidates of the Creamy Layer, the application fee is set at ₹600/-. Non-creamy OBC/MBC and EWS candidates are required to pay ₹400/-. Similarly, SC/ST/PWD applicants have an application fee of ₹400/-.

Paper-I:

RPSC TGT Teacher Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The Senior Teacher selection involves a two-paper competitive exam. Paper I covers general knowledge, and Paper II assesses subject-specific knowledge. The exams consist of multiple-choice questions with a total duration of 2 to 2.5 hours. The selection is based on candidates’ performance in these exams. Detailed syllabus and guidelines are provided by the Commission. Use a blue ballpoint pen for marking answers on OMR sheets.
