RPSC विधि रचनाकार भर्ती 2024 Eligibility
Age Limit: Applicants must fall within the age bracket of 21 to 40 years as of January 1, 2025. Relaxations in the upper age limit apply to candidates belonging to reserved categories.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have completed either a 2-year Bachelor of Law under the old scheme or a 3-year Bachelor of Law (Professional) under the new scheme from a University established by law in India. Additionally, candidates must have studied English and Hindi in the BA Examination, with at least one of them being optional. Proficiency in Hindi written in Devnagri Script and a familiarity with Rajasthani culture are also required. For further details, refer to the official notification.
RPSC Vidhi Rachnakar Examination Pattern 2024
The Competitive Examination is structured as follows:
- Translation Paper (English to Hindi or Recognized Language): (100 Marks) Candidates are required to translate passages from press communique, press articles, Government Resolutions, legislations, rules, and instructions into Hindi or any other language recognized by the Constitution. This section also involves explaining common expressions and idioms used in such compositions.
- Translation Paper (Hindi or Recognized Language to English): (100 Marks) Candidates must translate passages from press articles, speeches, etc., into English or any other recognized language.Note: Each of the two written papers has a time limit of 3 hours. Marks may be deducted for poor handwriting.
Viva-Voce: Candidates meeting the minimum qualifying marks in the written examination, as determined by the Commission, will be invited for a personality test or interview. This interview carries a weightage of 25 marks. The Commission has the discretion to award grace marks, up to one mark in each paper and up to three marks in the aggregate. Additionally, the Commission may set lower minimum qualifying marks for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes candidates in the written examination. The marks obtained in the interview and any grace marks awarded will be added to the candidate’s written test score.
RPSC विधि रचनाकार भर्ती 2024 Application Fee:
Candidates must pay an Application Fee of Rs.6000/- (Rs.400/- for OBC/SC/ ST candidates). Fee can be paid Online mode during the submission of the online application form by using a Debit/Credit card Net banking or any other option available.
