RRC Bhubaneswar Scouting / Guiding Recruitment 2024 Qualifications:
- (a) President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder.
- (b) Active Scouts membership for the last 5 years, with a “Certificate of Activeness.”
- (c) Participation in two National or All Indian Railways’ level events AND two State-level events.
RRC Bhubaneswar Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualifications:
For Level-2 (GP ₹1900/-):
- 12th (+2 stage) with 50% marks or Matriculation with ITI.
For Level-1 (GP ₹1800/-):
- 10th standard or ITI or equivalent.
- National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) for specified posts.
RRC Bhubaneswar Recruitment Age Limit:
- Level-2: 18 to 30 years; Level-1: 18 to 33 years.

East Coast Railway Recruitment Selection Process 2024
The selection process involves a written examination for eligible candidates. Those scoring a minimum of 35% marks in the exam will proceed to the document verification stage. The written test consists of 40 objective questions (40 marks) and 1 essay question (20 marks) related to Scouts and Guides Organization, General Knowledge for Group-C, and erstwhile Gr.D posts. Negative marking applies, deducting 1/3rd of marks for each wrong answer.
The duration of the written test is 60 minutes. The merit list from the written test determines shortlisting for document verification. Additionally, candidates are awarded marks based on certificates for participation in events, specialized courses, and district rallies, with a total of 100 marks contributing to the selection process. RRC East Coast Railway Recruitment Application Fee 2024
Candidates must pay an Application Fee of Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for SC/ ST, Ex-servicemen, PWD, Women, Minorities, and Economic Backward Classes). Fee can be paid Online mode during the submission of the online application form by using Debit/Credit card Net banking or any other option available. Upon successful payment of the prescribed fee and submission of the online application form, the system-generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print out it for future correspondence.
