Sahitya Akademi Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
(i) Programme Officer – Selection will be based on performance in the interview. However, in case of receiving a large number of applications, the Academy will conduct a written test
(ii) Sales-cum Exhibition Assistant – Applications received will be verified on the basis of a written examination. Part 1 will be objective type carrying 50 marks (30 questions from GS/GK, 5 from Hindi, English, Computer, and Quantitative Aptitude). 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer and there will be no negative marking. Part II will be a descriptive test consisting of 50-mark questions from Essay, English Comprehensive, Advertising (to be answered in English), and Sales & Marketing. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours. 40% marks for the UR category and 35% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PWD will be the eligibility criteria and candidates should have a minimum qualification in both sections separately.
