Educational Qualification & Experience for SAI Recruitment 2023
Candidates must be Graduate/Graduate in Hotel Management/ B.Sc in Hotel Management and Catering Technology with 2 years experience in Chef Culinary Arts from a recognized University/Institute in Culinary Science.
Or
A candidate should possess UG Diploma in Culinary Arts/Food Production or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute (UG Diploma must be of 1-2 years duration) with 3 years work experience as a Chef.
Age Limit for SAI Recruitment 2023
Candidates age should be maximum 50 years.
Pay Scale for SAI Recruitment 2023
A candidate will be paid Rs. 75000/- to 1,00,000/- per month for the post of Chef.
Interview Process for SAI Recruitment 2023
(i) Interview of the candidates will be of 100 marks in total.
(ii) Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview and evaluated.
Candidates will be interviewed in this manner:-
Knowledge of food preparation and practice – 30 Marks
Knowledge of Inventory control – 20 Marks
Human Resource Management – 15 Marks
Knowledge of Sports Ecosystem – 15 Marks
Communication & Soft skills – 20 Marks
