Post: Operator-cum-Technician-Trainee
Vacancies: 157 Nos. (Gen-76; OBC-19; SC-18; ST-44; PH-6)
Vacancies as per Trade wise—
Mechanical: 23 Nos.
Electrical: 33 Nos.
Metallurgy: 92 Nos.
Electronics: 9 Nos.
Qualification: Candidates with 3 years of Diploma Course of Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or Metallurgy may apply for the post.
Age: 18yrs to 28yrs as on 1-7-2011. Age Relaxation: SC/ST-5yrs; OBC-3yrs and PH-10yrs.
Physical Measurement: Height-5ft 1inch; Weight-Minimum 45Kg, Chest (unexpanded/expanded)- 30inch/32inch. Eye Sight: +2.5D or -2.5D
Candidates will go through Training for first 2years. If selected; Pay Scale will be Rs.9160 to Rs.13150.

- Crossed Demand Draft of Rs.200 in favour of—“SAIL- Bokaro Steel Plant” and payable at- “Bokaro Steel City”. SC/ST and PH candidates do not need to pay fee.
On the top of the Application containing envelope, write—“Post applied for Operator-Cum-Technician- Trainee”.
