Steel Authority of India (SAIL)— IISCO Steel Plant, Burnpur, is recruiting 196 persons for the post of “Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee)” and “Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee)” through Special Recruitment Drive for SC, ST and OBC and PWD in SAIL- ISP, Burnpur. 1. Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee): 143 Nos. (SC-22; ST-26; OBC-95; PWD-16; Ex-Serviceman- 14)
Grade—S-3 (after successful completion of training of 2 years)

2. Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee): 53 Nos. (SC-22; ST-12; OBC-19; PWD-4; Ex-Serv.—5)
Grade – S-1 (after successful completion of training of 2 years)

Fitter: 20 Nos.
Electrician: 15 Nos.
Welder: 10 Nos.
Air Conditioning and Refrigeration: 8 Nos.
Qualification: Madhyamik pass with ITI trade certificate course in relevant Trade mentioned above.
Pay Scale: Rs.6600—Rs.7700 (Consolidated pay) and Rs.8630—Rs.12080 (after successful completion of training)
Age Limits: for all the posts mentioned above, candidates should be between 18yrs to 28yrs as on 1/1/2012. Age relaxation – OBC: 3yrs; SC/ST-5yrs; PWD—10yrs and Ex-Serv.—as per norms.
Candidates will be selected through Written Test, Interview and Medical Examination. Dates and venue of Written test/ Interview will be intimated in due course to all the eligible candidates.

Fill the online application form and submit the form. a computer generated Registration Slip with unique Registration No. will appear on the screen. Make a print-out of the Registration Slip and keep safely for further preference.
The original fee challan and Registration Slip will require during Written Test/ Interview.
