Name of the Post: Junior Assistant (Trainee)
No. of Vacancies: 100 Nos. (Gen—50; SC—16; ST—6 & OBC—28)

 

Educational Qualification: Graduation with 55% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/PWD). 1 year Diploma in Computer Application with proficiency in MS Office Package and minimum typing speed 40wpm (30 wpm for reserved category) in English.

 

Age Limit: 18 to 28 years as on 01.03.2015. The upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years; for OBC is 3 years; for PWD is 10 years and Ex-Serv. as per govt. norms.

 

Consolidated Pay: During Training period candidates will get Rs.10700/- per month for first year and Rs.12200/- per month for the second year. After completion of 2 years training, the basic pay scale will be Rs.16800/- to Rs.24110/- per month plus other allowances as per govt. norms.

 

Application Fee: Candidates shall pay Rs.250/-. through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card, i.e. online mode option or can choose the option to pay through any State Bank Group Branches by means of fee challan which can be generated during submission of online Application form.

No Application Fee for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

 

Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Computer Skill Test & Typing Test and Interview.

Written Test will be held at New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad. Computer Test, Typing Test and Interview will be held at Kolkata. Exact Date, Time and Venue will be intimated in due course.
