Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank (SHGB) is inviting application form for the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose). Total vacancies—200 Nos. Only candidates who have appeared in the Online CWE-II for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/ October 2013 and declared qualified are eligible to apply. Advertisement No. : SHGB 01/2014 (2nd Phase). Application form is to be submitted through Online mode only through the official website of the Bank (See below). Eligibility norms and brief details are given below —
1. Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 200 Nos. (Gen—103; SC—41; ST—00; OBC—56). Out of total 6 reserved for PWD and 29 for Ex-serviceman and Dependent of Ex-serviceman.
Eligibility: Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Online CWE conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 should have obtained the Qualifying Standard Scores are eligible to apply.
Educational qualification requirement is as per norms laid by IBPS for CWE-II for RRBs. See the URL below for details.
Essential: Candidates shall have proficiency in local language of the concerned RRBs, i.e. Hindi and shall have studied the language, i.e. Hindi, as a subject at Matriculation/SSC/Graduation or equivalent level.
Pay Scale: Rs.7200—19300.
Selected candidates will be on probation for one year.
Application Fee: Candidates willing to apply for the vacancies shall pay Application Fee of Rs.100/- (for General and OBC category) and Rs.20/- only (for SC/ST/PWD candidates) by means of Fee payment Challan, through any of the Branches of the Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank. Candidates should download the Challan Format from the Bank’s website— www.hgb.co.in.
Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview. The Interview will be held at the Rohtak centre and the date of Interview & address of the venue will be advised in the call letters. The date of Interview & address of the venue will also be displayed in the Bank’s website one week before the dates for commencement of Interviews.

After final and successful submission of online application, a system generated Registration Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen.
