Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank (SHGB) is inviting application for the post of Officer in Middle Management (Scale-II & Scale-III). Candidates who have appeared and qualified CWE-II for RRBs conducted by IBPS during Sept/ Oct, 2013 are eligible to apply. Application is to be submitted online from the bank’s website. 1. OFFICER SCALE-III : 14 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree/diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agriculture Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-Operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics & Accountancy.
Experience: Minimum 02 years as Officer in any Bank.
2. OFFICER SCALE-II (General Banking Officer): 58 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree/diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agriculture Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-Operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics & Accountancy.
Experience: Minimum 05 years as Officer in any Bank.
Pre-Requisite Qualification: Beside above mentioned educational qualification, candidates must have appeared and qualified the Common Written Examination (CWE-II) conducted by IBPS in Sept/ Oct, 2013 and must have obtained Standard Qualifying Score. For Scores and TWS, see the below given URL.
Scale of Pay: Rs.19400—28100 for Scale-II Officers and Rs.25700—31500 for Officer Scale-III.
Candidates’ Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview.
The Interview will be held at the Rohtak centre and the date of Interview & address of the venue will be advised in the call letters. The date of Interview & address of the venue will also be displayed in the Bank’s website one week before the dates for commencement of Interviews.

After successful submission of Online Application form, candidates must print-out the system generated Registration Slip for future correspondence. Do not send any hard copy of application to the bank.
