Sarva Shiksha Mission, Dakshin Dinajpur, is inviting application from the eligible candidates for the post of F&A Officer, Programme Coordinator, Accountant, Lower/ Upper Division Clerk, Data Entry Operator, Clerk, Jr. Engineer and Etc. The engagement will be purely contractual basis for a period of one year. Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format (See below). Qualification norms and brief details are given below —
1. Finance & Accounts Officer: 1 Nos.
Qualification: Hons/ PG in Commerce with CA/ICWA (inter) with certificate course in Financial Accounting software. Minimum 3yrs experience in the field.
2. District Programme Coordinator (Pedagogy): 2 Nos.
Qualification: Honst/ PG with atleast 50% marks with B.Ed (55% marks) from any recognized University.
3. Accountant/ Upper Division Assistant (UDA): 1 Nos.
Qualification: Hons/ PG in Commerce with min. 50% marks. Minimum one year experience in Finance, Accounts and Audit.
4. Lower Division Assistant (LDA): 1 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks. Minimum one year experience in Finance, Accounts and Audit.
5. Data Entry Operator (IED): 1 Nos.
Qualification: HS/ Class 12 with 50% marks in Science stream and Computer typing with 30 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute in Bengali. Shall have knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Oracle Data Base & Bengali Software.
6. Group ‘C’ to CLRC: 2 Nos.
Qualification: H.S. with 50% marks with basic computer knowledge and one year experience with knowledge of Accounts is desirable.
7. Field Junior Engineer: 1 Nos.
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum one year experience is desirable.
Age Limit (For all above posts): Minimum 21year and maximum 35 years as on 01/01/2014.
The engagement to the above said vacancies are on purely contractual basis for a period of one year under the control of District Project Office, SSM, Dakshin Dinajpur.
The applicants must be a resident of concerned District/ Block in which he is applying.
Method of candidates’ selection: Every candidates will be screened on the basis of their academic marks (post wise), the highest scoring ten candidates per vacancy will be screened first and then the selection from these ten candidates will be done on the basis of their performance out of a total 50 marks as distributed (See PDF file given below). The minimum qualifying marks of practical test is 50% of total marks of practical test.
For the post of District Programme Coordinator (pedagogy) twenty candidates will be screened for selection as the no. of vacancy are two.
