Educational Qualification & Experience for SBI Recruitment 2023
The Candidates must have passed B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics and Communication/ MCA /M.Sc in Statistics/ MS in Data Science
or
equivalent degree in relevant discipline in First Division from recognized University/ Institute.
Experience:- 1) A candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or data science using a bank/ PSU/ corporate, advanced statistics, SPSS/ statistical software like R/ Python/ SQL/ etc.
2) A candidate should have basic knowledge of MS Office.
3) A candidate should have experience with data and have proven skills using statistical analysis/interpretation software.’
4) Should have 2-3 years working experience in R&.
Age Limit for SBI Recruitment 2023
For this post a candidate should be between minimum 25 years and maximum 35 years.

Selection Process for SBI Recruitment 2023
(i) Shortlisting: Candidates will not have any right to be called for interview only if the candidates meet the minimum qualification and experience. The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank shall determine the parameters for selecting and thereafter, sufficient number of candidates, as As decided by the bank, will be shortlisted for interview. Bank’s decision regarding calling candidates for interview will be final. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
(ii) Interview: Candidates will be interviewed for 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the bank.
(iii) Merit list: Merit list for selection of candidates will be prepared only on the basis of score obtained in interview. If more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks, such candidates will be ranked according to their age in the merit list.
(iv) CTC Negotiation: CTC discussion will be conducted one by one in the interview in the order of merit list based on the marks obtained by the candidates.
