State Bank of India Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
Eligibility for engagement includes retired officers of SBI and its e-ABs with a good service record (at MMGS-II, MMGS-III, and SMGS-IV levels) who have a strong track record, deep knowledge of bank procedures, relevant work experience, special skills, retirement at age 60 or meeting specific early retirement conditions, good health, clear record, and no pending cases, with engagement on a contract basis up to age 65, not exceeding 63.
State Bank of India Recruitment 2023 Pay Scale:
The pay for the engaged retired officers varies based on their grade. Here’s the monthly remuneration payable (fixed):
- MMGS-II: Rs. 40,000/-
- MMGS-III: Rs. 40,000/-
- SMGS-IV: Rs. 45,000/-

Selection of candidates will be through Shortlisting and Interviews.
