CENTRAL RAILWAY, RAILWAY RECRUITMENT CELL INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 12 LEVEL 2 AND LEVEL 1 POSTS. LAST DATE — 19/11/2019
1. LEVEL 2
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Passed 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate. 50% marks are not to be insisted upon in case of SC/ ST/ Ex-servicemen.
OR
Passed Matriculation plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship
OR
Passed Matriculation plus ITI approved by NCVT/ SCVT.
Note: Diploma in Engineering will not be considered as an alternative higher qualification.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on 01/01/2020.
2. LEVEL 1
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos. (Mumbai-02, Bhusawal-02, Nagpur-02, Pune-02 and Solapur Division-02)
Educational Qualification: 10th pass OR ITI OR equivalent OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
OR
10th pass plus National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
OR
10th pass plus ITI.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 33 years as on 01/01/2020.
SCOUTS AND GUIDES QUALIFICATIONS (FOR LEVEL 2 AND LEVEL 1 BOTH):
i) A President Scout/ Guide/ Rover/ Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder in any Section.
ii) Should have been an active member of a Scouts Organization for the last 05 (Five) years i.e. 2014-15 onwards.
iii) Should have attended two events at National Level OR All Indian Railway’s level and Two events at State level.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
The vacancies are against Scouts and Guides Quota for the year 2019-20 over Central Railway.
The selected candidates will have to undergo training wherever training is prescribed for the post.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test and Marks on Certificates. The tentative date of Written Test is 21/12/2019.
