Selection Procedure:
The selection process involves a Written Test and/or Skill Test as per the Call Letter, with results and Skill Test schedules published on the notice boards and website. No separate call letter for the Skill Test will be sent.
Candidates must bring their online application form, payment receipt, ID card, certificates of qualification and experience, caste certificate (if applicable), and other relevant documents. Without these documents, candidates cannot appear for the Written Test/Skill Test.
Application Fees
The application fee is Rs. 500 plus GST for the UR/OBC/EWS category. However, SC/ST/Physically Handicapped Candidates (with 40% or more disability) and Women Candidates are exempted from paying any fee.

- Click on ‘APPLY ONLINE’ to open the application.
- Before applying online, ensure you have a valid Email ID, scanned photograph, and details of educational qualifications and experience.
- Follow the 6 steps to complete the application:
- STEP – 1: Read important instructions and check the box ‘I HAVE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS’, then click ‘Next’.
- STEP – 2: Select the post and upload your photograph.
- STEP – 3: Fill in personal details such as name, email ID, gender, etc.
- STEP – 4: Enter educational qualifications and experience details.
- STEP – 5: Choose fee concession/exemption and enter payment details.
- STEP – 6: Preview the filled application, edit if needed, enter the Image Verification Code, and click ‘Submit’.
- After submission, a confirmation message will appear. Take a printout of the System Generated Application.
- Bring the printout with your signature and all required documents at the time of the Written Test/Skill Test.
- Check your email for application confirmation, though SCTIMST is not responsible for email delivery issues.
