The candidates will be appointed on Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of three (03) years, which may be renewed subject to performance of the candidates and requirement of the company. The vacancies are for ground duties at Ahmedabad Airport and its establishments at Ahmedabad. SECURITY AGENT
No. of Vacancies: 40 Nos. (Gen-22, SC-02, ST-06, OBC-10)
Educational Qualification:
A) For AVSEC qualified candidates:
i) Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with ability to speak Hindi, English and conversant with local language.
ii) Must possess BCAS Basic AVSEC (12 days new pattern).
Preferable:
i) BCAS Certified XBIS Screener (valid certification).
ii) BCAS Certified In-Line Screener (valid certification).
B) Educational Qualification for non- AVSEC candidates:
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with ability to speak Hindi, English and conversant with local language.
Preferable:
i) NCC ‘B’/ ‘C’ Certificate.
ii) Proficiency in Fire Fighting.
iii) Knowledge of Industrial Security.’
iv) Knowledge in Disaster Management.
v) Knowledge of unarmed combat.
vi) Legal knowledge.
vii) Armed forces/ Police backgrounds.
viii) Diploma/ Certification course in Computer.
Age Limit: Maximum 31 years (28 years for Non-AVSEC candidates) as on 01/10/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.20,190/- per month.

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 170 cms (162.5 cms for ST candidates)
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 157 cms (150 cms for ST candidates)
For candidates belonging to SC, OBC, Gorkhas and those hailing from North-East states and hilly areas relaxation will be given as per Govt. norms. Please see officially released advertisement for more details.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Physical Endurance Test, Written Test and Interview wherever applicable.
