The candidates will be appointed on Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of three (03) years which may be extended subject to performance of the candidates and the requirement of the Company. SECURITY AGENT
No. of Vacancies: 64 Nos. (GEN-45, SC-01, ST-07, OBC-11)
Educational Qualification:
A) For AVSEC qualified candidates:
i) Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with ability to speak Hindi, English and conversant with local language.
ii) Must possess BCAS Basic AVSEC (12 days new pattern).
Preferable:
i) BCAS Certified XBIS Screener (Valid Certification).
ii) BCAS Certified In-Line Screener (Valid Certification).
B) For Non-AVSEC candidates:
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with ability to speak Hindi, English and conversant with local language.
Preferable:
i) NCC ‘B’/ ‘C’ Certificate
ii) Proficiency in Fire fighting
iii) Knowledge of Industrial Security
iv) Knowledge in Disaster Management
v) Knowledge of unarmed combat
vi) Legal knowledge
vii) Armed forces/ Police backgrounds
viii) Diploma/ Certification course in Computers.
Age Limit: Maximum 31 years (28 years for Non-AVSEC candidates) as on 01/09/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 18,360/- per month.

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 170 cms; Chest (unexpanded) — 162.5 cms
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 157 cms (150 cms for ST candidates)
Cut-off in Physical Standards: For candidates belonging to certain categories/ communities or of certain States/Areas; the cut-off in such candidate’s Height/ Chest’s measurement will be as per Govt. norms. Please see officially released advertisement for more details.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Physical Endurance Test, Written Test and Interview (Personality Assessment) wherever applicable.
