Air India Air Transport Services Ltd is recruiting 103 Graduate pass Males/Females Candidates for the post of Customer Agent and Security Agent on agreement basis of 3 years which may be later expand to next 3 years. Candidates should have pass 3yrs Graduate in any stream and should have fluent English and local language speaking power. Computer knowledge is important. More details were given below.
1. Name of Post: Customer Agent
No. of Vacancies: 46 Nos. (GEN- 37; ST- 9)
Physical Standard:-
In case of Male: Height- 158 cm
In case of Female: Height- 152.5 cm
Scheduled and North-Eastern Zone’s candidates will get 2.5 cm cut-off in height
Pay Scale: Rs.8000 per month
2. Name of Post: Security Agent
No. of Vacancies: 57 Nos. (GEN- 39; OBC- 13; ST- 5)
Pay Scale: Rs.8000 per month
Physical Standard:-
In case of Male: Height- 165 cm
In case of Female: Height- 153 cm
Scheduled and North-Eastern Zone’s candidates will get 2.5 cm cut-off in height
Qualification (for both posts): 3 years Graduate pass in any stream. Candidate should have ability to speak fluent English and Local Language. Computer knowledge is compulsory.
Age Limit (For both posts): 25 yrs (maximum) as on 1-12-2010 (Relaxable age for OBC: 3yrs; ST: 5yrs; Ex-serviceman: as per rule)
For both posts, work will be on contract basis of 3 years and later may be increased to next 3 years.

(i) Candidates should carry all necessary document in original as well as Xerox copies of each attested by Gazetted Officer.
(ii) Candidate should bring an Account Payee Demand Draft of Rs. 300, which will be in favour of: Air India Transport Services Ltd and Payable at- Mumbai

Interview for candidates willing for post of Customer Agent will be held on: Air India Unity Complex, Pallavaram Cantonment, Off GST Road, ADJ to Taj Flight Kitchen, Chennai-600 043.
Time: 9 A.M to 2.50 P.M
Date: 14th and 15th December 2010
If selected, Group Discussion and Interview will be held.
