The candidates will be appointed on Fixed Term Contract basis initially for a period of Three (03) years at Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Calicut and Chennai Airport. 1. SECURITY SCREENERS (BCAS CERTIFIED ONLY)
No. of Vacancies: 272 Nos.
Station wise vacancies:
i) Kolkata: 87 posts
ii) Ahmedabad: 42 posts
iii) Calicut: 87 posts
iv) Chennai: 56 posts
Educational Qualification:
i) Graduate in any discipline from any recognized University with ability to speak Hindi, English and conversant with local language.
ii) Must possess valid BCAS Basic AVSEC (12 days new pattern) Certificate.
Preferable:
i) BCAS Certified Screener (Valid Certification).
ii) BCAS Certified In-Line Screener (Valid certification).
iii) Passport issued within last 05 years.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on 01.06.2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25000/- to Rs.30000/- per month.
The candidates will be appointed on Fixed Term Contract basis initially for a period of Three (03) years at Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Calicut and Chennai Airport. The period of one year will be treated as Probation period.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Serviceman as per Govt. norms.
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 170 cm (165 cm for SC & OBC, 162.5cm for ST, Gorkhas and those hailing from North- East States and Hilly Areas)
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 157 cm (155 cm for SC & OBC, 150 cm for ST, Gorkhas and those hailing from North- East States and Hilly Areas)
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview.
