Office of the District Magistrate, Howrah (District Self Help Group & Self Employment Section) is recruiting 09 “Supervisor” for Self Help Group & Self Employment Section in the Blocks, Municipalities and Municipal Corporation of Howrah. SUPERVISOR
Number of Vacancies: 09 Nos. (Gen—4; SC—4; ST—1)

 

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in any discipline. Candidates should have knowledge of Computer (covering MS Office, Accounting package) with reasonable typing speed. A computer course certificate of minimum 06 months duration is to be submitted.

 

Age: Maximum 37 years as on 01.11.2014 for General candidates. Relaxation of 05 years will be given to SC/ST candidates.

 

Consolidated Pay: Rs.12,000/- per month

 

Residence: Candidates must be a resident of the District of Howrah.

 

The engagement to the above post will be purely on contractual basis with initial appointment of 06 months which may be renewed further on basis of candidate’s performance.
The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of marks obtained in Higher Secondary and Bachelor’s Degree (Hons.) examination, proficiency in Computer Application and Viva-voce. The selected candidates will be appointed by the District Magistrate.
