Only Unmarried Men and Women candidates are eligible to apply. The vacancies are under Executive Branch, Technical Branch and Education Branch.
The course will be commencing in January 2021 at Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala, Kerala. Officers of all branches/ cadres except the Officers of IT will undergo 22 Weeks Naval Orientation Course whereas Officers of SSC (IT) will undergo 04 Weeks Naval Orientation Course at the Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala followed by Professional Training in Naval Ships and Training Establishments.
Probation period for SSC (NAIC) Officers is three (03) years and for Offices of other branches/ cadres is two (02 years.
Candidates who have Graduated or in the Final year of the applicable qualifying degree are eligible to apply.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Indian Navy Entrance Test (INTE) and SSB Interview. The Indian Navy Entrance Test (INTE) will be conducted tentatively in February 2020 at designated centres. SSB Interview for short-listed candidates will be tentatively scheduled from April 2020 at Bangalore/ Bhopal/ Visakhapatnam/ Kolkata.
Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available in the official website of Indian Navy — www.joinindiannavy.gov.in
