ASSISTANT ENGINEER (CIVIL)
No. of Vacancies: 36 Nos. (UR-05, SC-03, ST-05, OBC- 14, Primitive Tribe-02, Bhutia/Lepcha-07)
Educational Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. (Degree obtained through distance education shall not be entertained).
Other Qualifications:
a) Should be conversant with the customs and usages of Sikkim.
b) Should have knowledge of any of the State Languages, viz. Nepali, Sikkimese, Bhutia, Lepcha or Limbooo.
c). Should have valid local Employment Card.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-40 years as on 28/02/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs 9300- Rs.34800 plus Grade Pay of Rs 5000/-
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examinations and viva-voce/interview.
