Silchar Medical College is recruiting eligible candidates for 05 posts of Data Entry Operator (Grade B) and Field Worker. The vacancies are under Population Based Stroke Registry project of Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Silchar Medical College unit. The posts are purely temporary and on a contract basis for a period of One year. SILCHAR MEDICAL COLLEGE WILL CONDUCT WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR 05 POSTS OF DATA ENTRY OPERATOR (GRADE B) AND FIELD WORKER. WALK-IN DATE — 04/05/2018
1. DATA ENTRY OPERATOR (GRADE B)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Intermediate or 12th pass with DEOACC ‘A’ level from a recognized institute and / or 02 years experience in EDP work in Govt, Autonomous, PSU or any other recognized organization.
Candidates from science stream will be given preference.
Desirable: i) Speed of 15000 key depressions per hour & at least 3 years experience in operation of PC.
ii) Knowledge of DTP packages and use of software programmes will be an added qualification.
iii) Knowledge of data entry.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 04/05/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17000/- per month.
2. FIELD WORKERS
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 12th pass in Science subjects and two year Diploma in Medical Laboratory technician course. Candidates with Diploma in Radiology will be given preference.
B.Sc degree will be treated as three years experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 04/05/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17000/- per month.
For both the above posts, the candidates must have knowledge of the local languages – Bengali and Hindi besides English. The vacancies are under Population Based Stroke Registry project of Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Silchar Medical College unit. The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis for a period of One year.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview/ Written test. A speed test of not less than 15000 key depression per hour through speed test on computer for the post of Data Entry Operator (Grade B).
