No. of Vacancies: 26 Nos. (UR-12, SC-09, ST-01, OBC-04)
Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline with Certificate/Diploma in Stenography.
Candidate should have Shorthand/ Typing Speed of 80/40 wpm in English and 70/30 wpm in Hindi.
Age Limit: Maximum-29 years as on 27/12/2016.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.11500/- per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Note: Only eligible candidates having domicile of Himachal Pradesh may apply.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Typing test. Written Test will be held at Shimla.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies on plain A4 size paper. One copy of the print-out must be retained by the candidate for future references and the other copy is to be send along with attested copies of testimonials (qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc), at the below given address so as to reach on or before 06/01/2017
