i) Readers/Senior Lecturers of University or Affiliated Colleges
ii) Applicants must be an NSS Program Officer
iii) Principal of college affiliated to SKB University with NSS background
iv) Must have undergone NSS Orientation at an ETI-TORC
v) Age not more than 50 years.
