1. SOLDIER GENERAL DUTY
Educational Qualification: Class 10th pass with minimum 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject.
Age Limit: Between 17 ½ – 21 years as on 01/10/2019.
2. SOLDIER TECHNICAL
Educational Qualification: 10+2/ Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.
Age Limit: Between 17 ½ – 23 years as on 01/10/2019.
3. SOLDIER TECHNICAL (AVIATION/ AMMUNITION EXAMINER)
Educational Qualification: 10+2/ Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.
Age Limit: Between 17 ½ – 23 years as on 01/10/2019.
4. SOLDIER NURSING ASSISTANT/ NURSING ASSISTANT VETERINARY
Educational Qualification: 10+2/ Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% in each subject.
Age Limit: Between 17 ½ – 23 years as on 01/10/2019.
5. SEPOY PHARMA
Educational Qualification: i) 10+2/ Intermediate Exam pass with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
ii) Qualified in D.Pharma with minimum 55% marks in aggregate and registered with State Pharmaceutical Council/ Pharmacy Council of India.
OR
iii) Candidates qualified in B.Pharma with minimum 50% marks and registered with State Pharmaceutical Council/ Pharmacy Council of India are also eligible.
Age Limit: Minimum 19 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/10/2019.
6. SOLDIER CLERK/ STORE KEEPER TECHNICAL/ INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Educational Qualification: i) 10+2/ Intermediate Exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject.
ii) Securing 50% in English and Maths/ Accounts/ Book Keeping in Class 12th is mandatory.
Age Limit: Between 17 ½ – 23 years as on 01/10/2019.
7. SOLDIER TRADESMAN 10TH PASS
Educational Qualification: i) Class 10th Simple Pass.
ii) No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored minimum 33% in each subject.
Age Limit: Between 17 ½ – 23 years as on 01/10/2019.
8. SOLDIER TRADESMAN 8TH PASS
Educational Qualification: i) Class 8th Simple Pass (for Syce, Mess Keeper and House Keeper).
ii) No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored minimum 33% in each subject.
Age Limit: Between 17 ½ – 23 years as on 01/10/2019.
NOTE: Only candidates of the following districts of West Bengal namely Purba Medinipur, Paschim Medinipur, Jhargram, Howrah, Kolkata and South 24 Parganas are eligible to apply.
Army Recruitment Rally for the posts will be held from 22nd November to 02nd December, 2019 at Kolaghat Thermal Power Station Recreation Club Ground, Kolaghat, District- Purba Medinipur (West Bengal).
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 169 cms (162 cms for the post at Sl. No. 6); Chest (unexpanded) — 77 cms (76 cms for the posts at Sl. No. 7 and 8); Chest (expanded) — 82 cms (81 cms for the posts at Sl. No. 7 and 8); Weight — 50 kgs (48 kgs for the posts at Sl. No. 7 and 8).
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
Note: For details regarding physical standards for Tribals (ST) and Gorkhas both Nepalese and Indian, please see the Official Advt. Relaxation in Physical Standards will be as per Norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Physical Fitness Test, Physical Measurement Test, Medical Test and Written Test Through Common Entrance Examination (CEE). Admit Cards for the rally will be sent through registered e-mail from 07th November 2019 to 13th November, 2019.
