Qualification, Age limit and Salary: Higher Secondary pass boys and girls, in any discipline, may apply for the post. Candidates should be either OBC or SC/ST. General candidates may not apply.

Along with application form enclosed the following attested copies of the documents—
- Admit card of Madhyamik, Qualification certificate and Mark sheets
- Caste Certificate, PH certificate (for PH candidate)
- Recent 2 Nos. self- passport size photographs (one copy pasted on application form and other enclosed)

On the top of the application containing envelope superscribe—“APPLICATION FOR RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF SC/OBC/ POSTAL ASSISTANT/ SORTING ASSISTANT IN ….. (the name of division/ unit) UNDER SPECIAL RECRUITMENT DRIVE”.
Last Date: Application should reach within 11th January 2012 by Speed Post or Registry Post at the respective address of the division (Address is given above along with No. of vacancies)
