South Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd (SBPDCL) is recruiting 80 Nos. Accounts Officer and Accountant for its Head Offices and Field Offices. Eligible candidates may submit their application through online system and shall send the print-out at Kolkata along with enclosures (see below). Employment Notice No. 01/2013. Qualification norms and eligibility criteria is as follows —

1. Accounts Officer: 40 Nos. (Gen—20; SC—7; EBC—7; BC—5; Female BC—1)
Qualification: CA/ ICWA
Pay Scale: Rs.32000—51000 plus other allowances as per norms.

2. Accountant: 40 Nos. (Gen—20; SC—7; EBC—7; BC—5; Female BC—1)
Qualification: Graduate with CA/ ICWA (Inter). Candidates must have proficiency in Computer and Tally package.
Pay Scale: Rs.22500—36000 plus other allowances as per norms.

Age Limit (For all posts): between 21yrs to 37yrs as on official release of this advertisement, i.e. 04/08/2013. Upper age relaxation for reserved categories is as per norms.

Application Fee: Candidates willing to apply for any one of the above vacancies must pay Application Fee of Rs.1000/- (Rs.250/- only for SC/ST of Bihar domicile) through any branches of State Bank of India in the company’s current Power Jyoti A/C No.31963202219.
The Application Fee is to be deposited by means of fee payment challan which will be generated automatically after successful submission of online application form.

After filling up the ON-LINE application; Candidates have to take a print out of the same.
Print out of the application along with necessary certificates, as specified on Website, shall have to be sent through REGISTERED POST/ SPEED POST to- The Post Box No 12026 Cossipore Post Office, Kolkata— 700 002 so as to reach on or before the last date i.e. 26/08/2013

The print-out Application form must be enclosed with self-attested copies of testimonials in support of eligibility such as qualification certificate, mark sheets, Caste Certificate, Domicile certificate and Etc. AND one Self-addressed envelope (16x7cms) with postage stamp of Rs.25 is to be enclosed.
