South East Central Railway Recruitment 2023 Notification Out: Check Details and Apply Now

South East Central Railway (SECR) invites online applications for 548 posts of Act Apprentice. The candidates will undergo apprenticeship training for a period of One (01) year under Apprentices Act 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules 1962 in the Bilaspur Division of South East Central Railway. Post Details and Vacancies:

Educational Qualification:

Must have passed the 10th class examination under the 10+2 system or its equivalent.

Must have passed an ITI course in relevant trades from a recognized Institution.

Age Limit: 

Should have completed 15 years and should not have completed 24 years.

Upper Age Relaxation: 

The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC, and 10 years for the PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

Candidates’ Selection: 

Selection of candidates will be done on a Merit basis based on the percentage of marks obtained in both the Matriculation and ITI examinations.

The exact Date, Time, and Venue for the examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will also be available on the official website of South East Central Railway (SECR).

How to Apply: 

Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the following Govt. web portal – https://apprenticeshipindia.org from dated 03-05-2023 to 03-06-2023.

Upon successful submission of the online application form, the system-generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO SOUTH EAST CENTRAL RAILWAY (SECR) AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
