South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) is inviting application for the recruitment of 700 Nos. “Mining Sirdar” in Technical & Supervisory Grade ‘C’. Interested and eligible candidates may apply for the vacancies either through Online mode or Offline mode. Educational qualification norms and brief details are given below —
MINING SIRDAR
Number of Vacancies: 700 Nos. (Gen—342; SC—112; ST—46; OBC—200)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent
AND
Sirdar’s Competency Certificate issued from DGMS Dhanbad
OR Mining and Mine Surveying Certificate course of 03 years & Overman’s competency certificate issued from DGMS Dhanbad and shall posses Valid First Aid certificate and Valid Gas Testing Certificate.
Age Limit: Minimum 18yrs and maximum 30yrs as on 05/02/2014. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs.
Basic Pay: Rs.19035.02 per month
Candidates’ Selection: Candidates will be selected through Written Test and Interview. The Written test will be Objective type and will be held at Bilaspur. Candidates who will qualify the test will be called for Interview.
Exact date and venue of written test will be informed in due course.

After successful submission of Online application, the system generated application will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out the system generated application and shall paste recent color passport size self-attested photograph.
The print-out shall be enclosed with all essential testimonials and shall send it to the below given postal address.
Offline Application Mode: To apply offline, simply download the prescribed application format from the link given below (See PDF file).
The duly filled Application form shall be enclosed with attested copies of testimonials in support of Educational Qualification certificate and mark sheet (from Matriculation onwards), Caste certificate, Age proof documents, Two window envelope (24.5 X 11.4 cm or 10 x 4.5 Inches) and Etc. (See PDF file given below).
