Bank of Baroda is recruiting 125 Nos. talented professionals for the post of “Specialist Officers” in disciplines of – Security, Treasury/ Forex, Human Resources, Risk Management, Credit and Technical in Grade—MMG Scale- II. Candidates who meets the below mentioned criteria may apply for the post—

1. Specialist Officers: 125 Nos. (Gen-63 Nos.; OBC- 34; SC- 19; ST- 9). Out of them 3 Nos. reserved for PWD candidates.
No. of vacancies according to discipline wise—
Security: 15 Nos.
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
Work Experience: An Officer with minimum 5 yrs commissioned service in Army/Navy/Air Force OR a Police Officer not below the rank of Asst. SP/ Dy. SP with minimum 5 yrs of service in such capacity OR Officer of identical rank in para-military forces with minimum 5 yrs service in such capacity.

Treasury/ Forex: 15 Nos.
Qualification: Master Degree in Finance/ Banking/ Treasury/International Trade/ CA or ICWA
Work Experience: Min 3yrs experience in Officers Cadre in Treasury/ Forex Operations in Large Banks/ Financial Institutions

Human Resources: 40 Nos.
Qualification: MBA/ PGDM of 2yrs in HRM/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ HRD or Post Graduation in Social Work having specialisation in HRM/ PM/IR/HRD
Work Experience: Min 3yrs of post-qualification experience in the Officers cadre in Banks/ Financial Institutions in Specialised area of Human Resources Management including Industrial Law/ HRD

Risk Management: 10 Nos.
Qualification: MBA (Finance) preferably FRM/Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management of 2 yrs.
Work Experience: post-qualification experience of 3 yrs in Officers’ Cadre in Risk Management in Banks/ Financial Institutions.

Credit: 25 Nos.
Qualification: MBA (Finance or Banking & Finance), ICWA/ CA
Work Experience: Min 3yrs of post-qualification experience in Officers’ cadre in the specialised area in the Banking/Financial Sector

Technical: 20 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor in Engineering in mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Chem/ Civil with MBA in Finance.
Work Experience: Same as above post.

N.B: For all the above posts candidates should have to provide experience certificate in respective field along with qualification certificate. Certificate or Diploma in Computer Application is also required (not required for candidates who have studied computer as a subject in their graduation)

Pay Scale: Rs.19400 – Rs.28100

Age limit: between 21yrs to 37yrs as on 1/5/2012. Age relaxation is as per Govt. norms

How to Apply: Candidates should apply Online only from the official website of Bank of Baroda from dated 1st May to 15th May 2012.
Application Fee— Candidates are required to deposit the application fee of Rs.200 (Rs.50 for SC/ST/PWD candidates) by Fee Payment Challan from any branch of Bank of Baroda. Application fee challan is to be print-out from the bank’s website.
After depositing the fee, revisit the bank website and submit the online application form. Candidates should make print-out copy of the system generated application form (which may appear after successful submission of form along with unique Registration No.)
Candidates should not send any documents by post, all the required documents along with original will be verified during Interview.
