Education Qualification for SPMCIL Recruitment 2023
Education Qualification:
(i) Candidate must have Passed a Degree in law/ LLM from a UGC-recognized University.
(ii) Duly enrolled with the concerned Bar Council.
(iii) Diploma/ Certificate Course (s) in Labour Laws
Experience of practice:
(i) For conducting cases in the High Court –
12 years experience in a related field. For example in the High Court in Civil, Labour, Service, or Tax related matters.
(ii) For conducting cases in CAT –
10 years experience in service matters as a Practicing Advocate in Central Administrative Tribunal.
(iii) For conducting cases in District courts and other courts/ tribunals –
7 years of experience in relevant fields, i.e. civil, labor, service-related matters, or tax-related matters. As Practicing Advocate in District Courts including other Courts and Tribunals
