Eligibility Criteria for SPMCIL Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification:- Chief General Manager (R&D)
- Candidate must have passed first class B.Tech/ B.E. Electrical/ Mechanical/ Metallurgical / Electronic Engineering/ Printing Technology/ Chemical Engineering/ Pulp and Paper Technology from a recognized university.
Experience – Govt. Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis in Pay level 14 in the pay matrix revised as per the 7th Pay Commission or PSU Executives in the IDA pay scale of Rs.1,20,000-2,80,000/-(revised as per 3rd PRC) or equivalent.
Age Limit – Candidates’ upper age limit should be 56 years according to their posts as per the last date of receipt of the application form.
Pay Scale – Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Level 14 pay matrix Rs.1,20,000 to 2,80,000/-, for PSU Executives or equivalent Approx 7th CPC.
