Educational Qualification:
i) For Level- 5:- A Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University.
ii) For level- 4:- 12th (10+2 stage) or its equivalent.
iii) For Level- 2 abd Level- 3:- 12th (10+2 stage) or its equivalent examination.
OR
A pass in Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board and having ITI certificate may also apply for Tech-III/ Level-2 posts.
OR
A pass in Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board may also apply for Tech-III/ Level-2 posts subject to 03 years of training period.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/01/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.25500-81100/ Rs.29200-92300 for Level -4/ 5 and Rs.19900-63200/ 21700-69100 for Level- 2/ 3.
Sports Qualification:
A) For Level-4/ Level-5:-
Atleast 3rd position in any of the following championships/ events- World Cup (Junior/ Youth/ Senior), World Championships (Junior/ Senior), Asian Games (Senior), Commonwealth Games (Senior), Youth Olympics, Davis Cup (Tennis), Champions Trophy (Hockey) and Thomas/ Uber Cup (Bhttps://www.karmasandhan.com/wp-content/uploads/Madhya-Pradesh-MP-PEB-Group-2-Sub-Group-4-Various-Post-Answer-Key-2021.jpgton).
B) For Level-2/ Level-3:-
i) Represented the country in any of the following championships/ events- World Cup (Junior/ Youth/ Senior), World Championships (Junior/ Senior), Asian Games (Senior), Commonwealth Games (Senior), Youth Olympics, Davis Cup (Tennis), Champions Trophy (Hockey) and Thomas/ Uber Cup (Bhttps://www.karmasandhan.com/wp-content/uploads/Madhya-Pradesh-MP-PEB-Group-2-Sub-Group-4-Various-Post-Answer-Key-2021.jpgton).
OR
ii) At least 3rd Position in any of the following championships/ events- Commonwealth Championship (Junior/ Senior), Asian Championships/ Asia Cup (Junior/ Senior), South Asian Federations Games (Senior), USIC (World Railways) Championships (Senior) and World University Games.
OR
iii) At least 3rd Position in Senior/ Youth/ Junior National Championships.
OR
iv) At least 3rd Position in National Games organized under the aegis of Indian Olympics Association.
OR
v) At least 3rd Position in All India Inter University Championship organized under the ageis of Association of Indian Universities.
OR
vi) 1st Position in the Federation Cup Championship (Senior category).
The candidate should be currently an active player and should have fulfilled the sports achievements on or after 01/04/2017.
The vacancies are against Sports Quota (Open Advt.) for the year 2019-20 in East Coast Railway. Both Men and Women candidates are eligible to apply.
Candidates appearing at and/ or awaiting results of final examination are not eligible to apply.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Sports Trials, Assessment of Sports Achievements and Educational Qualification.
