SSB Odisha PGT Eligibility
Education Qualification:-
(a) As per the official notification candidates must have Master’s Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized University or a six-year integrated Post Graduate Master’s course from a recognized Regional College of Education, with at least 50% marks or its equivalent grade.
(b) Must have a B.Ed. or a similar degree recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi, from a recognized University or Institution.
(c) For PGT positions in Commerce, Education, Geology, Home Science, Logic & Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, IRPM, Telugu & Urdu subjects, having a B.Ed. qualification is not mandatory.
Age Limit:- The Minimum age Limit 21 Years and the maximum age limit is 38 years.
State Selection Board, Odisha Selection Process
- Candidates will be appointed on the basis of written test and career assessment marks.
I. Written Test:- 150 Marks (Multiple Choice Question Type)
II. Career Assessment:- 50 Marks
III. Total:- 200 Marks
SSB Odisha Post Graduate Teacher Recruitment Application Fee
A non-refundable and non-adjustable fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) only for the candidates coming under the Un-reserved / SEBC category and Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred) only for the Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe and pwd categories (those with 40o permanent disability or more) are to be collected. The amount shall be deposited online at the time of submission of on-line appreciation.
