JUNIOR TRANSLATOR/ JUNIOR HINDI TRANSLATOR
Educational Qualification:
A Master’s degree in either Hindi or English, with English or Hindi as compulsory subjects.
OR a Master’s degree in any subject with English as the medium of instruction and Hindi as a compulsory subject at the degree level.
Additionally, possessing a Recognized Diploma Course in Translation from Hindi to English and vice versa, or having a minimum of 2 years of experience in translation work.

SENIOR HINDI TRANSLATOR

Educational Qualification:
i) Candidates must hold a Master’s degree from a recognized University in Hindi with either English as a compulsory or elective subject, or with English as the medium of examination during the degree program.
OR
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in English with either Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject, or with Hindi as the medium of examination during the degree program.
OR
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi as the medium and English as either a compulsory or elective subject or with English as the medium and Hindi as either a compulsory or elective subject during the degree program.
OR
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English as the medium and Hindi as either a compulsory or elective subject or with Hindi as the medium and English as either a compulsory or elective subject during the degree program.
OR

ii) Additionally, candidates should have a Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa, or a minimum of 03 years experience in translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in a Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertakings.

SSC JHT Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:Â
The selection of candidates will be carried out through a Computer Based Examination (Paper-I) and a Descriptive Paper (Paper II).
Please take note that the positions of Junior Translator within BRO have specific and rigorous prerequisites pertaining to physical and medical standards, which also include a Physical Efficiency Test.
