SSC Recruitment 2024 Notification Out for Office Consultant Post

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued a notification for engagement as a Consultant purely on a contract basis for one year from the date of engagement which may be extended as per the functional requirement. There are a total of 3 vacancies.

SSC Consultant Vacancy 2024

Staff Selection Commission invites applications from the retired Officers to fill up the posts of Consultant. Vacancy for engagement of Ex-Government servants at the SSC (NR) Office is as follows:

• Legal Consultant (Designated as LC): 01 Vacancy
• Office Consultant (Designated as R&OC): 02 Vacancy

Note: The total vacancy at the SSC (NR) office is 03, however, the above vacancy in the particular head can be changed (increased/decreased) based on the outcome of the final available candidates for the vacancy, as well as the requirement of the SSC (NR).

Eligibility Criteria for Consultant Recruitment 2024

General: The candidates should have retired from Central Government Bodies.

Educational Qualification

For Legal Consultant: Retired Central Govt. employees who hold a Graduate Degree in Law and have at least three years experience in the aforesaid functions / of aforesaid work.

For Recruitment and Office Consultant: Retired Central Govt. An employee of ASO/SO level who holds a Graduate Degree and must have at least three years experience in the matter of recruitment including the farming of Recruitment Rules. Must be proficient in Computer (MS Word, Excel, and PPT).

Age Limit: The candidate’s age should be not more than 64 years of age on the last date of application.

Selection Process for Consultant

Candidates meeting the conditions shall be impaneled based on criteria like experience, qualification, etc. Interviews will be conducted for short-listed applicants.
