The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the Phase-XIII/2025 Selection Posts Examination results on 5th February 2026. The Computer Based Examination (CBE) conducted from 24th July to 2nd August 2025 and 29th August 2025 has seen 67,543 candidates shortlisted across three educational qualification levels for the next stage of scrutiny.

Important Documents Required

SSC Selection Post Shortlisting Ratio
The Commission has followed these ratios for shortlisting:
- For vacancies up to 5: 1:30 ratio
- For vacancies above 5: 1:15 ratio (minimum 150 candidates)
- For PwBD/ESM reserved vacancies: All qualifying candidates shortlisted
Normalization of Marks
Marks have been normalized as per Para 15.3 of the examination notice. The normalized marks were used for:

Some candidates’ results have been withheld due to various reasons. However, these candidates are allowed to upload documents. The withheld status includes:

Results of certain candidates have not been processed due to debarment:
- Graduation Level: 11 candidates
- Higher Secondary Level: 11 candidates

As per Para 19.14, marks will not be disclosed at this stage. They will be released later.

Yes, all shortlisting is provisional and subject to document verification.
Q3: Can I upload documents offline?
No, only online uploads through the SSC portal will be accepted.
Q4: What if I miss the document upload deadline?
No requests will be entertained after 3rd March 2026, 11:00 PM.
Q5: When will the skill test be conducted?
Dates will be announced by respective regional offices after document scrutiny.
