District Project Office, Sarva Shiksha Mission, North 24 Parganas is recruiting 64 Upper Division Assistant, Lower Division Assistant , Data Entry, MIS, Engineer and Etc., on contractual basis. SSM NORTH 24 PARGANAS REQUIRES 64 UDA, LDA, DATA ENTRY, ETC ON CONTRACTUAL BASIS. LAST DATE – 21/10/2014

 

1. DISTRICT LEVEL VACANCIES:
(i) Integrated Education Assistant Data Entry Operator: 1 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 12th pass in Science with 50% marks and Typing speed in English 40wpm and 30wpm in Bengali. Candidates should have knowledge of windows 98/XP, MS office, Page Maker, Oracle data base and Bengali Software.
Desirable: Experience.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13419/- per month.
Age Limit: Above 21yrs and below 35 yrs as on 1.01.2014.

(ii) Community Mobilization & Alternative Schooling Co-ordinator: 1 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Hons Graduate/Post Graduate in Sociology/Social Work with 50% marks and B.Ed with 55% makrs.
Desirable: 1 yr Experience in the filed of Mass/Community Education.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.18401/- per month.
Age Limit: Below 35 yrs as on 1.01.2014.

(iii) Upper Division Assistant: 1 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Hons Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline with 50% marks and 2 yrs Experience in Accounts/Audit/Finance/Office work.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13419/- per month.
Age Limit: Below 35 yrs as on 1.01.2014.

(iv) Lower Division Assistant: 1 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline with 50% marks and 1 yr Experience in Accounts/Audit/Finance/Office work.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.11261/- per month.
Age Limit: Below 35 yrs as on 1.01.2014.

(v) Cashier: 1 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Hons Graduate/Post Graduate with 50% marks and 1 yr Experience in Accounts/Audit/Finance.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.15577/- per month.
Age Limit: Below 35 yrs as on 1.01.2014.

 

2. BLOCK LEVEL VACANCIES:
(i) Block Level Accountant: 9 Nos.
Educational Qualification: B.com Hons on regular course. Preference will be given who has completed M.Com/Inter CA/Inter ICWA.
AND Certificates course in computer covering MS Office and Tally.
Experience: 2 yrs experience in Accounting and Audit job.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.12000/- per month.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 yrs to Maximum 37 yrs as on 1.01.2014.

(ii) MIS Co-Ordinator: 17 Nos.
Educational Qualification: BCA/B.Sc in Computer Science/Graduate with DOEACC “A” LEVEL and have computer experience in MS-Office & Oracle.
Experience: 1 yr experience in the related field.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.15000/- per month.
Age Limit: Above 21 yrs below 35 yrs as on 1.01.2014.

(iii) Data Entry: 22 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 12th pass with 50% marks in any stream and Computer knowledge in windows 98/XP, MS Office Package, PageMaker, Bengali Software and Typing speed in English and Bengali 30wpm.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.11000/- per month.
Age Limit: Above21 yrs as on 1.01.2014.

 

(iv) Field Junior Engineers: 7 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering .
Desirable: 1 yr experience in the related field and have knowledge of computer.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16076/- per month.
Age Limit: Below 35 yrs as on 1.01.2014.

 

3. CIRCLE LEVEL VACANCIES:
(i) Group “C”: 4
Educational Qualification: 12th Pass with 50% marks and knowledge of computer in Accounts.
Desirable: 1 yr experience in the related field.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.11261/- per month.
Age Limit: Below 35 yrs as on 1.01.2014.

N.B: Candidates can apply only for one post.

 

Mode of Selection: – Selection will be on the basis of candidate’s performance in the prescribed Qualification, past experience, Computer knowledge, Technical skill and Interview. Exact Date, Time and Venue will be intimated in due course.
