1. CALL RESPONDERS
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos.
Educational Qualification:Â i)Â Bachelor degree in Social Work or Counseling Psychology.
iii) MS Office knowledge is compulsory.
Experience: Minimum of 02 years’ experience for Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 01 year experience for Master’s Degree.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 16,000/- per month.
2. SHIFT MANAGERS
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification:Â i)Â Bachelor degree in Social Work or Counseling Psychology.
iii) MS Office knowledge is compulsory.
Experience: Minimum of 03 years’ experience for Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 03 years’ experience for Master’s Degree.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 25,000/- per month.
3. MONITORING AND EVALUATION RESEARCHER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification:Â i)Â Any Master’s Degree with adequate Computer skills.
iii) MS Office knowledge is compulsory.
Experience: Minimum of 01 year experience in a Monitoring and Evaluation role.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 18,000/- per month.
4. MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification:Â i) Masters in Economics or Masters in Development Management or any relevant degree.
ii)Â Should have adequate knowledge of handling SPSS packages.
iii) MS Office knowledge is compulsory.
Experience: Minimum of 03 years’ experience in a Monitoring and Evaluation role.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 30,000/- per month.
5. COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification:Â i) Degrees in Visual Communication, Designing, Journalism, Public Relations are eligible to apply.
ii)Â Should have knowledge of designing and using latest design software.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 25,000/- per month.
6. WHL COORDINATOR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Any Master’s Degree.
ii) Preference for Women’s Studies and related degrees.
ii) MS Office knowledge is compulsory.
Experience: Minimum of 05 years’ experience in a managerial role.
Age Limit: Between 30 years to 40 years as on 10.07.2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 35,000/- per month.
The vacancies are for Women Help Line (WHL) Scheme started The Ministry of Women & Child Development. The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis.
The candidates selected for the posts of WHL Coordinator and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be on Probation for six (06) months.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview.
