Safdarjung Hospital and VMMC is recruiting 50 Males/Females for the post of “Staff Nurse”. Details given below—
Post: Staff Nurse
No. of Posts: 50 Nos. (Gen-25; OBC-13; SC-9; ST-3) out of them one post is reserved for PH candidates.
Qualification: Candidates with Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or its equivalent may apply for the post. Candidates should have their name registered as Nurse and Midwife or its equivalent with any State Nursing Council.
Age limit: Candidates should be within 21yrs to 35yrs. Age relaxation – OBC-3yrs; SC/ST-5yrs and Others- as per norms.
Candidates’ selection: Candidates will be selected through Written Test and Interview. The date and venue will be informed later.

Fill the application form with your own handwriting either in English or Hindi. Along with application form enclosed the following documents—
- Self attested copy of Matriculation certificate for age verification
- Self-attested copies of Qualification/ Training and Registration certificates
- 3 Nos. self addressed envelope (28cmX12cm) with postal stamp of Rs.5 affixed on each.
Application form can be submitted directly by person at Diary section, Safdarjang Hospital or candidates may sent it by Ordinary or Speed Post at the following address— Medical Superintendant, VMMC & Safdarjang Hospital, New Delhi.
On the top of the envelope superscribe (in bold letters)- “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF STAFF NURSE”.
