Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute. The candidates appearing in the final year of their graduation can also apply, however they must possess essential qualification on or before 01-01-2021.
Age Limit: 18 – 32 years as on 01//01/2021.
Pay Scale: Rs.25500 — Rs.151100
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Posts like Inspector (Central Excise/ Examiner/ Preventive Officer), Inspector and Sub-Inspector in CBN, Sub-Inspector in CBI and NIA, etc which have specific requirement of Physical Standards, Physical Tests and Medical Standards. Candidates must check the prescribed physical standard before applying for such posts.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Application Fee of Rs.100/-. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking or any other option available. See officially released advertisement for more details.
Fee Exemption: Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION (SSC) AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
