State Bank of India (SBI) is recruiting 2986 PROBATIONARY OFFICERS for its Associate Banks namely — State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, State Bank of Hyderabad, State Bank of Mysore, State Bank of Patiala and State Bank of Travancore. Vacancies are in Associate Banks of State Bank of India. Number of vacancies as per Bank wise and category wise are as follows —
1. STATE BANK OF BIKANER & JAIPUR (SBBJ): 350 Nos. (Gen—153; SC—45; ST—71; OBC—81). 23 seats reserved for PWD (VH/ OH)
2. STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD (SBH): 900 Nos. (Gen—378; SC—112; ST—157; OBC—253). 56 seats reserved for PWD (VH/OH)
3. STATE BANK OF MYSORE (SBM): 500 Nos. (Gen—235; SC—70; ST—69; OBC—126). 30 seats reserved for PWD (VH/ OH)
4. STATE BANK OF PATIALA (SBP): 100 Nos. (Gen—24; SC—7; ST—56; OBC—13). 16 seats reserved for PWD (VH/ OH)
5. STATE BANK OF TRAVANCORE (SBT): 1136 Nos. (Gen—505; SC—181; ST—180; OBC—270). 30 seats reserved for PWD (VH/OH)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification.

AGE LIMIT: Minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years as on 01-09-2014, i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.09.1984 and not later than 01.09.1993 (both days inclusive). Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.

PAY SCALE: Rs.14500—25700 plus other allowances as per norms.

CANDIDATES’ SELECTION:
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination which will be Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 50 marks. The Objective Test will be online. Immediately after the online Objective Test,Descriptive Test will be https://www.karmasandhan.com/wp-content/uploads/Madhya-Pradesh-MP-PEB-Group-2-Sub-Group-4-Various-Post-Answer-Key-2021.jpgistered. Questions relating to Descriptive Test will be available on computer (Online) and candidates will have to write the answers on the answer sheet (Offline) provided to them on Paper/Pen mode.
Candidates who qualify the Objective Test will be allowed to sit the Descriptive Test and candidates who qualify both tests will be called for Group Discussion and Interview.

Recruitment Examination will be conducted tentatively in Nov. 2014. Examination will be at various centres across the country. Such details will be intimated to the eligible candidates through Admit Card.
Candidates from West Bengal may choose any one of the following centres — 1) Asansol 2) Berhampur (West Bengal) 3) Bardhaman 4) Dumkal 5) Durgapur 6) Hooghly 7) Howrah 8) Kalyani 9) Kolkata 10) Siliguri.
No Admit card will be sent to the candidates by post. Admit card will be available to download from the bank’s website from 27/10/2014.
HOW TO APPLY:
Interested and eligible candidates may apply Online only through the official website of State Bank of India — www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in from dated 01/09/2014 to 18/09/2014.
Candidate shall keep ready their scan copy of signature and passport size photograph during submission of online application. Such documents will require to upload in the bank’s website.

Application Fee: Rs.500/- for all candidates, including OBC category except SC/ST/PWD. Application Fee for SC/ST/PWD is Rs.100/- only.
Fee can be paid online by means of Credit/ Debit card or Net banking during submission of Online Application form OR Application Fee can be paid by means of Fee Payment Challan through SBI or its Associate Banks. (See the PDF below for details). Fee payment challan will be generated automatically upon submission of online Application form.

Upon successful submission of online Application form, the system generated Registration Slip/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out such slip and shall retain the same with them for future references. DO NOT SEND ANY HARD COPY APPLICATION OR DOCUMENTS TO THE BANK AT THIS STAGE.
