STATE BANK OF INDIA (SBI) INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 2000 POSTS OF PROBATIONARY OFFICER. LAST DATE EXTENDED TO – 07/05/2015

 

PROBATIONARY OFFICERS
No. of Vacancies: 2000 Nos. (SC—308; ST—339; OBC—541 & Gen—812). Out of total vacancies 62 posts is reserved for PWD candidates.

 

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline. Candidates who are in the Final Year/Semester of their Graduation may also apply but in interview, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination.

 

Age Limit: Minimum 21years to Maximum 30years as on 01.04.2015. The upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years; OBC is 3 years; PWD is 10 years and others as per govt. norms.

 

Pay Scale: Rs.14500/- to Rs.25700/- per month plus other allowances as per govt. norms.

 

Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination (Preliminary and Main Examination) and Interview.

Exact Date, Time and Venue for Interview will be intimated in due course.

The examination will be held in the month of June 2015 (Tentatively).

Candidates may choose their Examination centre during submission of online application. Candidates applying from West Bengal may choose any one of the following centres — Asansol, Berhampur (West Bengal), Bardhaman, Dumkal, Durgapur, Hooghly, Howrah, Kalyani, Kolkata, Siliguri.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.600/- (for SC/ST/PWD is 100/-) through online mode during submission of online application form, by using their Credit/Debit card or Net banking.

 

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the Bank’s Website — www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in from dated 13.04.2015 to 2.05.2015  Extended to 07.05.2015.
