MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (TECHNICAL)

Educational Qualification:

• Degree in Engineering with 65% marks (55% marks for SC/ST/PWD/Departmental candidates) in respective discipline from a recognized University/ Institution.

Educational Qualification:

• Degree in Degree (Any Discipline)/CA/CMA/MBA/PG (Relevant Discipline)

Age Limit:

• Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years

Pay Scale:

•  Rs.60000/- to 180000/-

The candidates can be posted to any Plant/ Unit/ Mine location of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL).

Upper Age Relaxation: 

• The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC, and 10 years for the PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

Physical Standards:

• (i) Height — 155 cm; (ii) Weight — 45 kg

Candidates must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties. For more details please see the Official Advt.

Candidates’ Selection:

• Selection of candidates will be through Online Examination, Group Discussion, and Interviews.

Application Fee:

• Candidates must pay Rs.700/- (Rs.200/- for SC/ST/PWD/EWS/Departmental candidates) as the Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during the submission of the online application form by using a Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan.
