Sports discipline wise vacancies:

i) Cricket (Men): 03 posts
ii) Hockey (Men): 04 posts
iii) Kabaddi (Men): 03 posts

 

Details regarding name of the Post, Qualification, Age, etc are given below:-

1. TECHNICIAN GR-III (LEVEL- 2)
Educational Qualification: 10th pass plus National (NAC) granted by NCVT in the relevant Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering trades.
OR 10th pass plus ITI in the relevant Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering trades.
OR 10th pass.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/07/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs.1900/-

 

2. JUNIOR CLERK/ ACCOUNTS CLERK (LEVEL- 2)
Educational Qualification: 12th (+2 Stage) or its equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/07/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs.1900/-

 

3. STENOGRAPHER GR.III (LEVEL- 4)
Educational Qualification: 10+2 or its equivalent examination from recognized Board/ University.
Shorthand speed of 80 wpm for duration of 10 minutes with transcription time of 50 minutes.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/07/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs.2400/-

 

4. SENIOR CLERK (LEVEL- 5)
Educational Qualification: Degree from recognized University or its equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/07/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs.2800/-

 

5. JUNIOR ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (LEVEL- 5)
No. of Vacancies: Nos.
Educational Qualification: Degree from recognized University or its equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/07/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs.2800/-

 

Sports Qualification:
i) For Level- 2:-
Represented the Country in any of the following Championships/ events:-

a) World Cup (Junior/ Senior Category),
b) World Championships (Junior/ Senior Category),
c) Asian Games (Senior Category),
d) Common Wealth Games (Senior Category).

OR
At least 3rd Position in any of the following Championships/ events:-

a) Commonwealth Championship (Junior/Senior Category),
b) Asian Championships/Asia Cup (Junior/Senior Category),
c) South Asian Federations (SAF) Games (Senior Category),
d) USIC (World Railways) Championships (Senior Category).

OR
At least 3rd Position in Senior/Youth/Junior National Championships.

OR

At least 3rd Position in National Games Organized under the aegis of Indian Olympics Association.

OR

At least 3rd Position in All India Inter University Championship organized under the ageis of Association of Indian Universities.

OR

1st Position in the Federation Cup Championship (Senior category).

 

ii) For Level- 4/ 5:-
Represented the Country in Olympics Games (Senior Category).
OR
ii) Atleast 3rd position in any of the following Championships/ events, except Gold Medal in Asian Games:-

a) World Cup (Junior/ Senior Category),
b) World Championships (Junior/ Senior Category),
c) Asian Games (Senior Category),
d) Common Wealth Games (Senior Category).

Note: Sports achievements should be in the current or immediate previous two financial years ans sports persons should be an active player i.e., the sports achievements should be on or after 01/04/2017.

The vacancies are against Sports Quota-Open Advertisement for the year 2019-20. Only Sports Persons are eligible to apply for the above posts.

Candidates who are appearing for final examination or awaiting results of final examination are not eligible to apply.

The selected candidates will be on Probation for two years. The candidates selected for the post of Technician Gr.III will have to undergo six (06) months/ three (03) years of training as applicable.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Trials and Interview.
