1. PERSONAL SECRETARY
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: 12th Class or equivalent pass from a recognized Board/ University.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 16/08/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
2. ASSISTANT LIBRARIAN
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Library Science.
Desirable: Certificate in Computer course recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)/ Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) or courses equivalent to ‘O’ Level.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 16/08/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
3. STENO GRADE II
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: 12th Class or equivalent pass from a recognized Board/ University.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 16/08/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
4. UPPER DIVISION CLERK (UDC)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 16/08/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.2400/-
5. LOWER DIVISION CLERK (LDC)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: 12th Class or equivalent pass from a recognized Board/ University.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 16/08/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.1900/-
The selected candidates will be on Probation for a period of two years.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC/PWD/Ex-Serviceman.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Skill Test or Interview wherever applicable.
