1. PLANNING ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (ST)
Educational Qualification: A Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Civil or Master Degree in Geography or Economics or Sociology with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University or Institute with 01 year experience OR Bachelor of Planning or Bachelor of Technology in Planning from a recognized University or Institute.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 36 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.9000 — Rs.40500
2. STENOGRAPHER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik or its equivalent passed with Shorthand speed of 80 wpm and Typing speed of 30 wpm in English with Certificate Course on Computer Application.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 39 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.7100 — Rs.37600
3. ACCOUNTS CLERK
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (SC (Ex-servicemen))
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik or its equivalent with Certificate Course on Computer Applications.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.5400 — Rs.25200
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ ST/ PH and 03 years for OBC category candidates of West Bengal. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
The vacancies are under Haldia Development Authority.
Reserved Category candidates from the states other than West Bengal will be treated as General Category candidates.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO WEST BENGAL MUNICIPAL SERVICE COMMISSION (WBMSC) AT THIS STAGE.
